Premade Living deliver projects in NSW, ACT & QLD, its approach is based solely around providing their clients with a high end finished home for under $4300 per m2.

Premade Living offer prefabricated predesigned homes and custom designed houses. We work closely with our design team to ensure passive solar gains, natural ventilation, to ensure energy efficiencies are achieved.

Our modules are designed to allow components to be unbolted, disassembled, altered, relocated, and most importantly additional modules to be added in the future.

Each modular building can be custom designed to suit the client’s needs as well as the site needs. the prefabricated approach allows for 95% of works to be carried out off site, reducing labour costs and material costs.

Our homes will be delivered and ready to live in within 12 weeks of signing a contract.

Powder coated galvanised structural steel frame, Thermal pressed aluminium external cladding, European Oak Flooring, Low E double Glazing, Colourbond roof, Aluminium framed windows, 2 pac coated polyurethane Russian Birch veneer interior linings, stone bench tops, Polyurethane joinery, German fixtures and fittings, European kitchen appliances, LED Lighting.

Premade Living can integrate its building with off grid solar PV and battery system, rainwater catchment systems and wastewater management system making them ideal for remote sites with no services.

Established over 3 decades ago, Inline Building has transitioned from conventional construction of high-end residential homes to prefabricated modular homes.

Rising costs of materials and labour as well as an increase in severe weather patterns and natural disasters, saw the cost of conventional construction sky rocket and the duration of construction constantly increasing. In some regional area’s costs can be even more due to the limited availability of skilled trades and quality of workmanship.
